1. Who we are

This website is operated by Travel TKT Ventures LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801. We are an independent travel seller and act as an intermediary between you and travel suppliers such as airlines and car rental companies.

2. Bookings

A booking is confirmed only when we send you a confirmation. Fares, taxes and availability are not guaranteed until payment is completed and ticketed. You must provide passenger names exactly as shown on government ID.

3. Prices, fees and promotions

Prices quoted include airline fare and taxes. Any service fee is disclosed before you pay. Promotional offers, including percentage discounts, apply only to eligible fares or fees, are subject to availability, and are confirmed by an agent before payment.

4. Supplier terms

Your travel is subject to the terms, fare rules and conditions of the airline or supplier, which may limit changes, refunds and baggage.

5. Travel documents

You are responsible for passports, visas, health requirements and arriving on time.

6. Liability

We are not liable for acts, delays, cancellations or omissions of suppliers, to the extent permitted by law.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
