Refund and Cancellation Policy

Airline rules apply

Most airline tickets are governed by the fare rules of the airline. Many fares are non-refundable or carry change fees. Fare rules are shown or explained before you pay.

24-hour rule

For flights to or from the U.S. booked at least 7 days before departure, U.S. Department of Transportation rules may allow cancellation within 24 hours of booking for a refund of the ticket. Contact us promptly to use this right.

Cancellations and changes

Contact us as early as possible. Airline penalties, fare differences and any service fee for handling the request will be explained before we proceed.

Airline-initiated changes

If an airline cancels or significantly changes your flight, you may be eligible for a refund from the airline. We will help you submit the request.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Timing depends on the airline and your bank.

Car rentals

Car rental cancellations follow the rental company's own policy, explained before you book.
